Two HVAC Inspections Per Year
- Spring Inspection includes:
  - Freon level inspection
  - Thermostat calibration
  - Electrical connections check
  - Bearings lubrication
  - Condenser coil inspection and standard washing (no chemicals)
  - Condensate drain pan cleaning, if needed
  - System performance check
- Fall Inspection includes:
  - Cleaning and checking gas burners
  - Pilot assembly
  - Burner flame
  - Heat exchanger
  - Electrical wiring and components
  - Test gas line for leakage
Water Heater Maintenance and Flushing – Once a year
Dryer Vent Cleaning (Ground floor, first 10 ft)

Membership Cost: $329 per year (Value of $689)

Awesome experience dealing with Sam and his crew. I had a furnace that was neglected by previous owners and took me a couple years to finally replace but he did a great job replacing it along with cleaning all sorts of nasty build up in the ductwork/ chimney.

I am really satisfied with the service I received. Sam, the technician knew exactly what the problem was, he explained all the details to me, and the price he offered me was very good and reasonable. Hi, I wanna share my experience with Hvac Master. I called couple companies before getting the service with HVAC and everybody recommend me to replace the whole unit as soon as the technician told me, my unit is too old to be repair HVAC mustard Sam came to us to do inspection to the unit . Explain us exactly everything it’s wrong. What is the process to replace and give us the cost for the process and the steps he save me a couple thousand dollars and make our need to work like New highly recommended
